TOUR REVIEW:
On this tour we will travel several kilometers of natural beauty, landscapes, culture, history, nature, Chaco tradition and living cultures, we will also learn some of the history of the Chaco War (Bolivia with Paraguay). On the way we will visit 4 bridges that cross the majestic Pilcomayo River, also on this route we will be able to see the famous and emblematic Andean Condor (Vultur Gryphus), with a very special and unusual approach; “Feeding on fish carrion.” In the narrow area we will visit the area called “La Galería”, declared “NATURAL, LANDSCAPE AND SCIENTIFIC HERITAGE for nesting, shelter and feeding of resident and migratory birds in Villa Montes.”

ITINERARY
We begin the tour at 8 am taking a tour of the streets of the Benemérita city of Villa Montes, getting to know some of its wonderful squares, churches and historical museums. Then we moved to the Weenhayek Tuntey community to live an experience with the family and see their crafts. Then we head to the two bridges (The International Bridge and the Railway Bridge) to see their beauty and walk along the Railway Bridge. Next, we leave for Km zero in the Guaraní community of San Antonio. Now we begin the Pilcomayo route towards the narrow, a zigzagging road built before the Chaco War of approximately 15 km, where we can observe the native flora and fauna of the place and with luck we can observe the Pilcomayeño Andean Condor feeding on fish carrion and enjoying its wonderful landscapes, and then continuing towards the Tucainty suspension bridge, where you can take wonderful landscape photographs. Ending the tourist tour in the center of the city of Villa Montes (central square 24 de Julio).
